Who can submit a proposal

We accept proposals from applicants who:

• Have completed a similar project within the past two years.
• Can cover these costs.
  • The cost of buying the property
  • The cost of making required improvements to the property

Other projects

If you are currently developing other City of Minneapolis properties, you must also:

• Be current on all property taxes.
• Be in compliance with all building codes and rental license regulations
• Have no unresolved defaults on a City:
  • Restoration agreement.
  • Redevelopment contract for rehabilitation or construction.
