If you meet these requirements, follow the steps below.

Gather your information

You'll be asked to provide the following information about your business.

• The number you use when filing taxes for your business. It may be one of the following:
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
• Up to three six-digit NAICS codes for you industry
• You will also need your business:
  • Name as shown on your income tax return
  • Doing business as (DBA) name if you have one
  • Physical address
  • Contact information
  • Number of employees
  • Business certifications
• We will also ask if you've had previous contracts with the City of Minneapolis.
