When an application is scheduled for a public hearing, we inform the public. Public notice is used to let the public know about certain types of legal proceedings. The City publishes notices in its official paper, Finance & Commerce.
Also, we send notices to neighbors of the application 21 days before the public hearing.

Appeals
If your application is denied, you have 10 days after the Heritage Preservation Commission meeting to appeal.
City Council will consider your appeal at its Business, Housing & Zoning Committee.
