Overview
The Committee of the Whole gives city staff, applicants, and commissioners the chance to discuss proposals before taking formal action at a public hearing. It's an official yet informal forum. They discuss proposals such as:
- Public land sales
- Project reviews
- Zoning code amendments
The meeting is open to the public, but public testimony is not accepted at these meetings.
Learn how to submit your project for review and what materials are required by downloading our Committee of the Whole Submission Guide.
