This committee is made up of all 13 members of Council.

Under the Committee of the Whole, there are two subcommittees. These subcommittees are made up of all 13 members. They meet at the call of the chair.

The committee meets Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m. in the second week of the Council cycle.
