What you can do

The interactive reporting tool allows you to:

• Explore City financial data online
• View data in a variety of easy-to-use graphical formats
• Download graphs and numbers

What you can view

• Historical financial data from 2008 to the current year
• A rolling multi-year snapshot of revenue or expenditure trends by:
  
  • Department
  • Fund
  • Line item
• Year-to-date monthly data

How to view the data

• Use the left-side menu to focus on specific data.
• Filter data by:
  • Department
  • Fund
  • Expense type, or
  • Combination
• Hover over graphs for actual or budgeted amounts.
• Access detailed financial info in the Table view.
• Download data as .csv or .png files for sharing.
• Find support or send questions through the Help menu.
