There are four ways to make a payment:

• In person at the City of Minneapolis Service Center on the 2nd floor skyway level
  • Cash, check or credit card
• Online
• By mail
• Drop box on 1st floor

In all areas of the Service Center, staff and customers are required to:

• Wear a mask or face covering
• Stay six feet apart

Wearing masks in public indoor places is required by the City and the State of Minnesota.
