Collecting a water sample

1. When you get your kit, you'll need to collect a water sample for us to test.
2. You'll then send this sample back to us.
3. We'll include detailed instructions within your water test kit.

Note: we can still test your sample even if it freezes.

If you live in a multi-family building, such as an apartment or condominium, you collect a sample from your unit’s plumbing.
