This project is part of the ongoing street maintenance program.
ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades
The City will upgrade pedestrian ramps to current Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards. This work completed in 2023.
Resurfacing
City staff will resurface the streets in this area in 2024. We replace the top layer of asphalt pavement to extend the life of a street. The new pavement should last at least 10 years.

Schedule
Project schedule:
- Select curb and gutter replacement to begin the week of April 8th, 2024.
- Staff held a virtual pre-public hearing on Friday, March 8th, 2024.
- Upgraded pedestrian ramps to current ADA standards. This work completed in 2023.
