Pay per use garbage drop off form

Complete and sign the Pay per Use Garbage Drop Off Application.
- You must allow 5 business days the first time you complete the application. Processing time may be shorter for future visits.
You must attach a copy of a valid state-issued ID to the application.
Give the name and daytime phone number of the person who will be bringing items to the South Transfer Station.
Call us to confirm that we approved the form.
You can then schedule a time to bring waste to the South Transfer Station.
