- Consultant and speaker fees
- Capital expenses
- Space rental and food
- Communications costs, including:
- Translation and interpretation
- Printing and postage
- Website and social media

- Immigrants
- Refugees
- People living disabilities
- Residents who are Black, Indigenous or people of color
- Others whose voices need to be heard
