Check these areas to make sure water is flowing into nearby storm drains.

• Roof drains
• Driveway and foundation drains
• Downspouts
• Sump pumps

Do not allow water to flow into the sanitary sewer system.

The City moves untreated stormwater and snowmelt to our lakes and rivers

It flows there through:

• Underground pipes connected to storm drains
• Natural contours of the land
