Our family-friendly tree care festival is an opportunity to learn how to take care of your trees and purchase one for just $30.

Community art

Local artist will be on site with creative interactive projects. These projects will invite you to connect with trees in new and imaginative ways.

Purchase a low-cost tree

Minneapolis residents can buy a low-cost tree while supplies last at Leaf n’ Learn. You must show proof of a Minneapolis planting address to buy a tree for just $30.

Wander through a variety of engaging stations where you’ll learn the everything you need to know about tree care—from planting and pruning to watering and long-term maintenance.

At the planting stations, attendees can learn how to:

Trim roots properly
Plant at the proper depth
